Samsung has begun rolling out the Android 4.4.2 update for the Galaxy Note 3. The build number of the update N9005XXUENA6, same as the firmware that was leaked few days ago.

Samsung is giving $50 in Google Play credits to Galaxy Note 3 owners in the U.S. in exchange for their phone number, IMEI and email address.

While HTC's reaction was fast with their announcement for the Android 4.4 KitKat updates for their top of the line smartphones, Samsung, usually rolling out updates faster, has not said anything about when it will release the update for it's flagship models. Here is why.
