Why remove the website which worked and load up a app that doesn't work with serious registration and login issues. I would recon this is 101 testing being done before launching an app? Loads of great ideas but half implemented. The OTP failed to send upon register. However, I have closed the app and login and I'm in without adding in the OTP number. I'm looking forward to a hopefully great app in the future.

First issue: Car not found. Second issue: I have a Google account, the same one I use on my Android OS phone, yet I have to enter my login details every single time I open the app. In addition, I have to give Google my permission for this app to work offline (which it can't do anyway). Other apps remember my login details, why is this so hard for you guys? Shoddy app. Uninstalling. I plan on deleting my account too, though I suspect I won't even be able to do that. -_-'

No 2017 model for my new Duster. Please update your app with 2017 models One month later. We are in March and still no fix for 2017 models on this app. Pleas Renault. Do something about it

Hopeless. After signing in with the login provided by the dealer, I click on my vehicles - the yellow progress bar pops up and keeps going forever. Nothing else happens. of no use to anyone.

Useless. Have been trying for a month to get past the registration process!!!

Couldn't send OTP. Quite disappointing from a big company like Renault to fail at a simple app.

Not working

Vehicle not found, Crash, Crash, Crash. Really!!!!!!

The app works correctly in scanning my licence disk, but when I go to add the model clio I own I see 2 listings for the clio RS 200. Both of these options fail to load correctly and the app reports no vehicle found.

The app scanned the license disc and got all relevant info, but app can't load info for my Megane III 1.9DCI. Useless app if library is not complete and maintained. Videos also dont load and fail to play.

Owners manual, stuck?Easy Call for assistance, video guides....and the list goes on...WOW!

Poor app. Rather speak to EOH Digital to build you a better one. I bet the 5 star ratings are from the company who developed it and by the folk from Renault who were in charge of the account. Login is broken, requested a service but got no response.
