I only get changes on Wallpaper and the three soft buttons at the bottom, but the notification toggle still remain the same but not as the one you showed on screenshot, wish you could update it soon

Don't know why, only wallpaper get change after applying theme, nothing else... & I wouldn't like to have another wallpaper on my device, acquire 6.5mb. Could be better if it works with 4.3 JB without root...
