About Floating Pic
Ever wondered to have picture of your loved ones with text on your phone, then this is the one for you.
Floating Pic App allows you to have a text and/or image you wanted on your phone irrespective of what application you are using.
Instructions for using:
1. Enter the text you want to display, select colour, select image, preview it, if you are satisfied wait for the preview to close and click on set else repeat the process.
2. Open Gallery, browse to the picture u like it, click on share button and select floating pic application, enter the text you want to display, select colour,preview it, if you are satisfied click on set else repeat the process.
This works similar to Pop-up window or Pop-up video on all versions of Android greater than 2.1

Whenever I go for setting "floating pic stopped" popped up. I am using Samsung note 3 lollipop upgraded. I'm uninstalling it now.

I looked for that for sooo long. You find floating video players, cameras, calculators, stickers, browsers, etc. Nearly everything on the Store. But this floating pic does what I needed ;) I can now 3D model with Spacedraw and keep my inspiration pic in the foreground. Only thing is you can't zoom on parts of the image :/ With this option it would be a 5 stars, no doubt ! Excellent app. Thank you for filling this gap in the play store :))

Doesn't do what I was hoping at all - nor anything useful really. Would have given 3-4 stars for the effort... new unexplained permission request snuck in under the guise of a “minor bug fix” gets you only uninstalled.

Extremely limited options, app crashed within 1 minute of use trying to configure it. It could be okay for those that really have no technical experience at all, as long as the app doesn't continuously crash. **Use the app Overlays instead if you want more features, options and control.
