It's in your live wallpaper list mike, its not an app. Looks good but in real life Jupiter's storms all move at different speeds.

The planets look nice but for me the background is way too busy,I see on the full version there's options to change that....Just a picture,even in HD isn't quite enough to get me to purchase,one of my planet wallpapers even has moving clouds over Earth,I doubt this one does that.Jupiter should have a moving atmosphere I think,probably too much memory or code or something to do it cause I haven't seen it yet anywhere.Nice pictures on this one but I already have better planet wp's.
