Zooper Widget for Android
This app auto starts within seconds of force stop and drains battery faster than FB and messenger combined and I haven't even done anything with it yet. F that and be worse after use. I'd rather have basic widgets and not have to pick up a dead phone on my lunch hour
I love it! But I cannot save it, so every time I exit it does not show my widget. So yeah, it is because you have to get The Pro version. I hate buying apps!!!!
The app does what it claims to do very well. It will give you customizable widgets all set to grace you home screen. The only issue I faced (and that's a major one) that it took a decent amount of RAM and has a kind off mini lag while opening the screen which is kind of irritating.
Amazing app no doubt, but the creators are just awful. They abandoned the app for two (almost three) years. The UI is pretty awful, the coding needs work and more ease of use, and the weather providers are limited and very inaccurate.
Really , very nice i love this widget ..... Download it today.... But , this zooper widget pro is very expensive , plz make it little less price.. So i and many more can download this amazing app thankyou...☺
Crashes every minute and coding variables are locked that are extremely handy. The menu for coding itself can be clustered to the point where it's impossible to see a single line. To put simply, it's bad.
NOT ANYTHING LIKE THE PICTURES SAY. LOOKS SUPER OLD AND NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL. ALL I WANTED WAS A WIDGET AND I GET THIS WEIRD LOOKING BLACK AND WHITE THING! DO NOT GET. WASTE OF MY LIFE.
Really enjoy making widgets. When I'm not in school and broke, I'll be sure to get the pro app and support this dev. Have had several people ask how I was able to display data like I am on the home screen. This deprecates basically every other widget since one can customize these to go wherever one needs to go!
First let me say that I found i was unable to actually customize any of the widgets. It seems the ability to save your widgets is to be a pro member. That being said they have a ton of widget options that may suit your needs. I definitely suggest checking it out.
A super customisable widget maker! I just used this to replace an old clock when I switched Launchers. It works very well! Impressed me with what you could do... and now my clock also tells me about upcoming events. Sweet!
@admin..i want to know why zooper widget never updates even its clock unless i touch it.. Time will never move in this unless i touch.. I need to know.. I m writing only this much hoping u ll reply.. Or else worse review i would have written. Boy oh boy what a widget
Adjustments in the widget is not what you would call clear directions. Still trying to get the clock to switch to 12 hour format......... still trying...... how about default clock to 12 hours, since that is what 99% of earth uses. Make the other 1% jump through hoops. Thank you you've been a great audience.
No longer supported by the developers Check out what Zooper developer Richard Blaney said on the Google+ community "zooper widget gallery". He sold the app. New owners stopped developing/supporting. He recommends switching to kwgt & klwp.
I have been looking for an app like this in years! You can totally make your phone so customized to your liking and it's not hard once you get the hang of it once. I just jave issues on the weather once since it's always showing one temp value even the weather is changing lol! PS some feature stopped working pls fix...
Loved it. Have just made my first widget.. Took some time to figure out settings but its amazing. Would love adding the 5th star... If i could save my work. I dont know if i will have to redo the whole stuff if the app crashes or something makes my widget disappear... I will update my review after spending some time with this lovely zooper widget.
Completely un-intuitive design and layout. Clock faces, and other choose-able widgets do not say size of widget that it needs. You can but Zooper themes, buy it has no clear easy way to use them. I understand why Zooper is loved, thanks to many 3rd party tutorials. But, Zooper it's self falls short.
They used to have a lot more fonts that were beautiful, I loved them they were so unique. But since they're gotten rid of them I haven't used it since. I even tried the pro version to see if it's reserved for pro users but they weren't there either so I got a refund. I'll probably uninstall since I no longer use it.
Played with this for a few days. Really liked it overall in terms of customizability and look, but ultimately don't see myself using it because the weather feature doesn't work very well. Yahoo Weather doesn't seem to work at all (just says "unknown"), and the other sources are quite inaccurate a lot of the time. So far I'm preferring KWGT Widget, as it's also very customizable, but the weather options seem to work better for me.
Great Concept, e.g. now I can see clearly the battery level on my main screen. Similar app could not be installed, so that's ZW's advantage too. Unfortunately #LLONG# and #LLAT# show only 1 decimal digit and address element is missing so it's really disappointing wtr. Thus 3 stars only.
From what I've heard, this is one of the more capable widget tools out there... and to some extent that's true. But if you're looking for user friendly or slick, you will be sorely disappointed. I saw a help section, but there are no clues inside the app to guide you. Thre interface looks old and cryptic... Cuz it is. If you are super nerd, you'll be fine but the average user will be long gone before they produce a widget. I managed to get 2 up, but basically they were unedited stock examples. 0k thanks
First off, I have an old Galaxy S3. The app was awesome at first with complete customization but over time it has become increasingly buggy. Widgets don't update or show the wrong information. I had to uninstall because it's all useless info now.
If only it was as easy to make. I was trying to create the sample shown in the pics based on Windows tiles, and gave up frustrated after 30 mins.
I love the customization. Can make it any way I want. Awesome. I would give 5 stars But every other weather service says 2° or 3° but the widget says its 11. I made sure the location was right.
I tried so many times to install it but unfortunately after installation unable to configure all the figures that are in the widget except clock. Will you please help me in this regard.Thanks. Is there any video to help me.
This app asked for my location over 306,998 times. That is not an exaggeration. Nice try NSA. And all the widgets are terrible, and the day I give money to you guys will be the day Hillary Clinton makes a good idea.
This app auto starts within seconds of force stop and drains battery faster than FB and messenger combined and I haven't even done anything with it yet. F that and be worse after use. I'd rather have basic widgets and not have to pick up a dead phone on my lunch hour
So I tried this version after the Pro version failed. This one doesn't show me any options for widgets in my widget menu either. I've rebooted countless times, searched xda and google, and all I can find is the Dev says it's a problem on some devices due to Android? Sad day. Really wanted to start using this.
Nice widgets, quite customisable till a certain extent. Only drawback is that you cannot configure the one tap option for these widgets, it only opens the widget setting. Defeats the purpose of widgets for me. Have to look for other widget apps.
Beautifully executed. It may seem complicated but in a short time tinkering, everything falls into place. All the controls make sense. Pairs nicely with Smart Launcher Pro.
Crashes every minute and coding variables are locked that are extremely handy. The menu for coding itself can be clustered to the point where it's impossible to see a single line. To put simply, it's bad.
Can't get custom iconsets to show in list when creating widgets. Frustrating, must have tried 30 zips in the correct path but only get the default battery and weather. Both on free and pro versions.
Been using this a few days now. Pretty clock and all, but the clock is not really accurate. Seems to freeze up every now and then.
The only custom widget app that doesn't freeze my clock. Not to mention a ton of other unique features. However, the location isn't working. Please look into it.
Whilst I'm sure it is a great app it takes way too long to get the results you want, you could fix this by allowing users to share their creations
I'm not sure whether the developer of this app is still in business, but if not, this needs to be open-sourced as soon as possible and saved from oblivion. This is hands-down the best DIY widget builder on Android. A good amount of data is available out of the box via built-in variables, and this data can be displayed either textually or graphically. However, it's the Tasker integration that renders Zooper's possibilities truly endless. If you can get the data into Tasker, you can get it into Zooper and display it attractively (something that we all know is nigh on impossible in Tasker itself). Zooper allows the user to build unique custom widgets that are attractive, professional-looking, and capable of displaying everything from your bank balance to a map depicting the location of your unfaithful spouse. You will need the Pro version in order to have the widget respond to OnTap events.
UPDATE: Thanks for all the free skins! Yahoo Weather won't update tried two reinstalls with no luck please fix and keep up the good work!
You can do so many things with it design it any way you want everyone download it now do not delete
Not only has this apps design not been updated since Android honeycomb, adding widgets is impossible and the ones to choose from are awful. They look disgusting and don't even update by themselves. I think the dev might be dead.
location keeps going back and forth between places i visted over the weekend, even though i'm home in los angeles now. please fix.

I only want to use this app to create a beautiful clock widget but the clock often lags several minutes behind even with the screen kept turned on. This is on a completely up to date stock Nexus 5X.
