Strike 1: Some of the pics AREN'T of Houston! (First is NYC) Strike 2: Idiotic implementation means you can save pics on phone, but instead you can only hold down on pics to apply wallpaper. This route results in misaligned and poorly scaled wallpaper you can never fix.
