Why the app icon don´t appeared in the app drawer?
Because is not a stand alone app but a Theme for ADW. ADW Launcher must be installed on your phone.

What is the Vampire Style?
This is a theme with vampires style like those in Underwolrd, Dracula or Blade and not the soft vampire version such as The Twilight Saga, or vampire Diaries.
