I downloaded this theme today (26th September 2012) but I cannot find it on my phone at all, even after rebooting my phone (Samsung Galaxy Nexus running Jelly Bean). This is disappointing. I used this icon set on my old phone (samsung galaxy s2) and absolutely loved it. Had to get a new phone (now have galaxy s4) and now I cant find it anywhere and im upset. This is the perfect icon set. Please fix this!!!!!!

As Addy below stated, I have no idea where this went after paying but the phone showed installed and I can't find it anywhere besides settings>application manager>app info. Go Launcher doesn't see it, and there's no way to select it. LAME.
