To those that are asking: You do NOT create shortcuts by running the app. For my Samsung S5, I press and hold on my home screen, click Widgets, and place a Shortcut Etc. widget where I want the shortcut to be. The app will do the rest. For others, it should be a similar process.

No option to create a shortcut, only lets you vote developer's apps which aren't in English. Screenshots not available in app.
