At at least, add Miku's original outfit but I would love it if there was Kaito, Meiko and Len. Kaito and Meiko have few apps that they are in... :-( If you really want to do more, you could add their Append designs (or in Kaito's case, his V3 design.)

OK, first you need to have Zedge. After you've gotten Zedge, search "megurinism" and there should be one love wallpaper. Tap the live wallpaper and download it. After you have downloaded it then set it and then you can choose some things but choose megurinism. Then if you want the first Luka just tap set wallpaper. If you want Miku, Rin or another Luka, go to settings and choose the vocaloid you want. For me it was frustrating because I forgot what my friend did when she put megurinism up for my wallpaper.
