Gauge Battery Widget Classic

Best looking and best functionality!! Use this on my Asus Infinity (TF700), and my 2013 Nexus 7 FHD (also by Asus), and on my Asus Prime (TF201) before I bought the Infinity . I had tried around 20 battery widgets over a few months time. I then bought the paid version of this app after seeing that it was the best! If you have a tablet, then this is a must have app!! It's been over a year since I bought this app and have used it on 3 different tablets, 2 tablets currently. This widget has NEVER let me down!!

Bought the app years ago and have been using it consistently. But when it started having issues on Android 6.0 I discovered the developer abandoned this version, re-uploaded a new version to the store, and developed that instead. Underhanded to say the least.

The app works really well looks great and gives plenty of information. Downside is that it tells me in increments of 10% from 95% down then once it gets to 15 every 2% until it dies. Rather irritating at times

I purchased the pro version a few years ago, and was happy to do so. I understand that development of old apps can end, or that as Android progresses through new versions, features are developed for them ahead of anything else, but marking this app as abandoned, re-branding it as 'Classic', then launching a new version as a separate app (with a new purchase required for pro) is a little naughty. Still a great little app, but not best pleased by the tactics employed by the developer.

The 1% hack does not work whatsoever. It doesn't even decrease by 1 ever. App hasn't been updated in months. My battery percentage went from 42% to 18% at one time. This app used to be good, now it's garbage.

With my poor eyesight, i need a big battery indicator. This one is great! And get the Pro so you can create your own color scheme.

An update to my phone gave me a built in percentage meter for the battery but I still prefer this add-on. I especially love that I can assign a shortcut to the battery widget entry in the notification window. I have it set up to load a quick brightness widget which is super useful.

It isn't a bad app quite useful actually but it do find that seeing the remaining charging time to be a hassle due to how it is set to be viewed. Other than that holding my rating back one star overall it's a great investment

I tried several power level apps and found issues with most. This one filled my needs, has a nice widget, and just a little pricey by the time I put it on my phone (Droid X), a Galaxy 2-7, and my Galaxy Note 10.

I have a Motorola Razor Maxx and the battery widget does not drain my battery. My battery minder used to only show 10% decreases, I have been looking for something that will show 1% decreases for awhile. Thank you this is a great app and I would recommend this app to everyone.

Just purchased this widget and immediately wanted to adjust the colors to an ICS theme. But whenever I make a change in the palette tool and hit OK, the color reverts back to what it was previously. 2 stars until this is addressed. Sent via ATRIX HD.

There are plenty of battery apps on the market, but this is the one that I use exclusively. I have in on my phone and tablet. The reasons why: I like the selection of widgets, I like being able to custom color my widgets, I like being able to enable/disable the clickability of the widget, I like that it’s not a resource drain, it looks great on my small screen and my big screen. I bought the pro version to support the good work of Tomas.

Wouldn't be without it. First thing I refer to every morning, on all three of my Android devices

I like the look of the widget.and it is accurate to what the phone battery shows.i also like the customization features.the only thing i don't like since i installed it i noticed my battery drains faster.

I love the way you can customize the colors of the battery gauge, also you can choose from fahrenheit to celsius. And tells you the remaining time to the battery be fully charged i know its an experimental feature but works fine with my phone. The widget its awesome but it will be perfect if they were different styles to make it more different and personal.

That's all that need be said! This is hands down the best battery widget available for Android 4.1. Get it. You'll be glad you did.

Never had a problem with it on my HTC EVO 4G. Would be nice to have different color schemes and backgrounds. Also would like it I'd the icon would work on the screen.

Great, functional, practical. Nice lay-out and design. Just reinstalled it after giving my phone a refreshing factory reset reboot. (Phone really fast again) Looked for other battery apps. This one still my favourite

First off, how do I get the version where I can color the gauge hands and the little lightning bolt and the time is at the bottom of the battery history chart and I can pick my own percentages of what is medium and low charge to me? That was called the pro version before and I can't find it now. About the only thing I like about this version is the multi colors of the history chart. Otherwise this one is only slightly better than the one that's in black and white.

Easy to install & configure, plus 'lightweight' in terms of resources. Provides a simple widget and status bar reading of remaining battery life, and detailed useage stats in the main app. The temperature readout is also useful. I purchased the Pro version on a Sony Xperia X10i, and now use it on a Galaxy S3 (LTE). Whilst the 'predictions' (time until fully charged etc) are a little more accurate with the standard battery, the app also works just fine with an Anker 4400mAh extended / high capacity battery.

...with minimal drain on resources. UPDATE: Upgraded to my third handset. Still works great. Plenty of customizations in settings, including appearance of homescreen widget. Suggestion--would give 5 stars if status bar number changed color with outer ring

Using this app on my HTC EVO 4G & now on my HTC ONE found so much information like temperature how long of a charge left,time to full charge,indicator of charge left in the notification bar and discharge chart ,and the gauge chart there is nothing left to the imagination ! ! ! You have everything to lose !!

Which is simply display the battery level. The OS already breaks down the battery usage, so all I needed was a good widget. The text on three notifications icon could be bigger, but that's a quibble that doesn't really take away from the overall quality of this app

I really like this app. Its a great visual tool. It definitely beats that microscopic nuisance that Motorola calls a battery indicator.

Been using this app on my Transformer for almost two years and on my phone for over a year - no issues. Much better than the stock icons.

All of that without taking up a lot of space. There are add-ons that allow you to tweak it to look just like you want if you get the pro version. Simple, small and lovely to look at, what more could you want?

I wish it had the battery temp in Fahrenheit. They should try to put that in the next update. Other than that its a really good app.

Stop updateing have to reset no updates. Was perfect for years. Won' t fix or reply, please fix.

I've used this app for a long time, and it's always been great. Might be the only app I've bought just to support the author, even though the free version did everything I wanted.

This is an excellent app with many options. I have not had any regrets with this purchase.

I use this on my phone and ten-inch tablet, and it works very well on both.

I enjoyed the free version enough to pay for the pro version. It shows me the information I need to make better choices to optimize power use on my Skyrocket.

As far as functionality ... It's SUPERB ! And it sure is a HOT looking app as well. I bought the PRO version just because I don't mind paying a buck for something that is since high quality.

Never had any issues and performs as advertised. Can't say much more. Great App.
