There is a bug in Android 4.1, 4.1.1 and 4.1.2 (Jelly Bean), which causes the system to not remember paid launcher as a default launcher after a reboot of a device. This affects for example ADWLauncher EX, SPB Shell 3D, TSG Shell, Next Launcher, Action Launcher Pro and BIG Launcher. This free loader allows you to fix this issue.
How to use Jelly Bean Launcher Loader:
1) Download it and run it.
2) Click the top button (Select default launcher) and choose your launcher.
3) Press the HOME button, choose 'Jelly Bean Launcher Loader' and click ALWAYS.
That's it. Now whenever you press the HOME button, your launcher will show, even after a reboot.
If you want to change the launcher in the future, reinstall this loader to configure it again.

i never explained my rating. half the time when i hit my back button to go home it reloads the menu forcing me to either A) choose my launcher or B) press the back button again. also i found that when im in another app and open my recent apps list the launcher i set actually shows up as another app. thats not supposed to happen at all because its a home screen not an app. you dont open an app and then look into your recent apps list to find the stock launcher do you? well you shouldnt be able to see any other launcher in the list either.
