About Tabbya Interface
Tabbya interface is the first Android Launcher with built-in Live Video Support.
Specialy dedicated to the newcomers on the internet, Tabbya interface is evolutive and allows our users to start using a tablet step-by-step. The user is free to personalize the home screen according to his or her personal knowledge.
You can use the Tabbya interface as much as you want, for you and the ones you care for. At any moment, you can choose to come back to the initial android interface.
Tabbya interface is a free, ad-banners free and fully enabled tablet interface
Our design concept is:
- round buttons: a universal symbol.
- No icon. An app name is far more easier to communicate.
- Theme colors: they help our users identify the role of each app. We have defined 7 categories with different colors : communicate, news, media, games and learning, safety, health and tools.
- We have implemented a categorization tool within our server so that each app receives the appropriate color.
- folders : when a user wants to access more apps from the main screen, or when the user just prefers to group them by themes, it is easy to create folders. As an example, communication apps (Skype, Gmail, Facebook, etc...) would gather in the blue "communication" folder.

Users who prefer round buttons, without icon, can still activate this version by going inside the settings (press during 5 seconds the gear on the top right corner, choose "Personalize Tabbya" and select "Light mode" or "Highlight".

This is a really simple lovely design I like it alot, I'd love the ability to disable the status bar though as it currently doesn't suit my needs as people can access the original settings through that without the without using the pin I'd set up.
