Senior Phone features a simple and easy interface with big buttons for easy calling, texting, SOS, location functions and other functions (weather, magnifier, music, torch,..). A perfect phone and a simple launcher for your grandparent. Senior Phone makes your phone easier to use - be it for you, your parents, grandparents, seniors or anyone else. Use it as simplified phone or simple launcher replacing an old Nokia or Blackberry. Not all of us necessarily need or want our smartphones to be all that smart - Well what about those of us, that need our phone to be just that - a phone?

A little too simplistic i could not even get into edit apps. There is no swiping through apps making it more confusing. Great idea but the interface needs to drastically change for me to try again. I was so looking forward to this for my mother.

I really like the intent of this app - good design, good features, etc. However, it is simply too unstable on my parent's Rugby Pro running Android 4.2. And it's not much better on my Galaxy Note 4 or S5. Too many bugs and lock ups to be reliable. If you get the bugs worked out, it would be the best of the senior phones/launchers, in my opinion. Until then, sorry, only 3 stars.

Pls just take this app down from play store. From the comments it looks like you have a problem from the start and you are yet to solve it. This app render the phone useless...YOU CAN'T ANSWER CALLS.

This app is for visually impaired people but it keeps crashing. Blind mom can't get back to call screen to make call.. Can't receive calls when it crashes... Have reinstalled several times already, I give up... Oh and why can't she pick who gets which color to make it easier for her to remember ?? Pleeaaasse address these issues and fix...

Been playing around with several apps to simplify the home screen for the elderly. Tried all the top rated ones which were fine but inevitably had to pay for full use. The actual free top rated ones were fine but lacked true simplicity. Tried this app and my search is complete. Ticks all the boxes and so far has been 100% free. Only feature I would add to make this perfect is the ability to remove buttons/widgets from the home screen. Job well done to the app designers!

great idea... great interface,,, great intention of the designers--- lamentably it does not allow to answer calls on android 5.1 lollipop.. I think there is a conflict with default dialer... hope some day could improve this bug.. best wishes and thanks for your help

Agree with the other commenter who said that it shows a lot of thought has gone into the app. Large and clear targets and a simple interface make this potentially useful for people with dexterity issues.

My daughter installed and uninstalled this app for me several times. It was a great idea but unusable if I can't answer the phone. Another huge glitch: once you enter choices regarding contacts or apps there is no way to change it.

I installed this app On Moto E for two seniors in my family. The call can be answered only on speakerphone, even with the relevant setting explicitly un-checked. This problem doesn't exist on my Samsung s3
