To activate the app go to your widgets on your phone and add to your home screen its that easy and it looks good and works great!!!!

This is a preset widget it has no permissions so you cannot change any settings. Just place the widget on your home screen Works great on my Moto X

It works. If you open the app you get a black screen you have to go to the widget menu and select it and drag it to wherever you want to put on your home screen.
