Due to the fact that this is not an app but a wallpaper you cannot open it through the play store but if you play the video at the top it shows you how to access it and set it as your cellphone or tablet background and ajust the settings of the wallpaper to make it more appealing to you. To set this walpaper go into your settings and find and click wallpaper, it should be in personalization, and scroll to the far right side of the wallpaper options to find it. Click on the wallpaper named rain of char.

Although I wish I could change the brightness. For those of you who can't find it: Access it through settings>display>wallpapers. It is classified as a wallpaper and therefore is not it's own separate app.

Granted I just started using it. When I start using an app usually I can tell right away if it is a keeper or not. Then i see how easy it is to use and if it is then I will gladly give some money to elemenate adds and purchase extras. I hope this holds true. I don't give out 5 stars often. I like to save them for my favorites.
