Long press on home screen -> Add widget -> Select "Repico Silent Mode Widget" to have the widget set to your home screen.

Tap the widget to cycle between Normal Mode, Vibrate Mode and Silent Mode.
-Regarding defects and bugs
If you find any problems with the widget, please let me know your phone model and the nature of the problem.
