Don't listen to the top reviews, people like that shouldn't even be able to review apps. Not until they pass first grade writing. Anyway i'll stop ranting. The app it self is fine, the shortcut is just instructions on how to enable the wallpaper and asking you to rate it. Sorry for being so harsh but I HATE false reviews.

It gives intructions on how to put it on your wallpaper. Then you use it without rating. Duh! Then you can rate it if you want. I mean seriously, you didn't even try obviously. I know how to use it and I'm very very young. I agree with Sue Jones on this. You know what I hate it. It doesn't stay on my phones background.

Everyone is saying you have to rate the app before you can use it- untrue. At the top it instructs how to display the live wallpaper. The app is irrelevant to the setup soooo the asking for rates and to close is just because the application redirectory is pretty much useless.

C Can i see the app b4 i rate it..since it wont open i am uninstalling and making note of app. Every app this person has wants a 5 star rating b4 u can c the app. Wont download any more apps by this developer ..waste of time

First of all why are you forced to rate this app 5 stars. It's just outrageous. And even if you were to rate the app 5 stars it still wouldn't work. Believe me I've experienced it! So my suggestion is to not install this app. Because it's just a waste of time. See for your self! >:-(

Doesn't ask for a rating when it is applied like all other live wallpapers . Long press your home screen, tap live wallpapers, then tap on this live wallpaper and click apply. Ffs people don't open this like it's a app and figure it out. A little choppy but it is what it is. Will be keeping this one

It works for my tablet because and it tells me what to do, just got to the place u go to when u get a wallpaper or when the tablet comes with wallpapers to switch them and after u download it it is right there click set wallpaper and boom! There is an adorable little pug licking my screen lol I wish I had him/her instead of my big slobbery dog!

It's amazing except from you can't see the time because the writing is white so is the back ground so you have to unlock it also its too blurry. Apart from that wonderful an amazing to look at when your board if any body thinks the same as me your on the write track by Charlie

People who download this app don't realize that it is not required to rate the app first. It says to go to the home>menu> wallpaper> live wallpaper. I did this and was able to apply it w/out rating first. You all are fools!

Someone begs for.5 stars. Just go on another thing like this oh and. Creator of this app when you make a app dont.beg for five you. Have to let the people try. It before rate it cuz then they will think ur using them for RATING 5 so remember that next Time ok AND im out

I gave this app five stars because hello this is so adorable, I was thinking that because I was being forced to rate it before I tried it that It would not be all that great because I read all the bad reviews on this app. It's not all that bad. Becides who can get passed that little pug my friends pug and it lookes just like her. Welk when she was a puppy. I think it is a funny thing to watch. People say it is dumb because it won't work. But that is only because they did not follow the directions given at the top of the screen inside the app. Trust me,my mom took a video of it while it was playing. That is proof it is a good and funny app.

Those people who say you have to rate first are wrong, they are clicking on the app instead of setting it as a wallpaper. Also, dont trust the 5 star 1 sentence reviews, the app is cheeky and tells you to rate first for it to work. It fools only the fools.

The quality was absolutely ridiculously horrible. it kept asking me to rate it. if I wanted to rate it then I would have rated it. I still think to myself to this day why does this have four and a half Stars

It's a shame that so many are missing out on the wallpaper. You don't have to rate, but it's just asking you to. I f you look above that you'll find the instructions to get the wallpaper without rating the app.

I thrink the puppy licking the screen is the sweetest thing ever! It reminds me of when I used to dip my penis in peanut butter and call my dog Rex to lick it all Off! That got boring though so I smeared it on my anus!,, it was like dying and going to Mormon heaven!

I hated it didn't let me get on the app he told me to give it 5 stars before I can get on it and now I can't get on it this app is dumber then a Lima and a donkey mixed together I wish I never gave that app 5 stars app is dumb dumber than a zebra and I mean super dumb I can't even get on it

I loved it. I don't know why people are moaning about it "forcing" you to rate it before you can use it. It doesn't force you to do that, it's just an option, you press close so that you can then go to your phone's setting, go to wallpaper setting, live wallpapers, then select the licking dog one. Easy. Problem solved.

Hello, I'm so needy... I think I'll make an app so people might like me! I give one star only because I have no idea how good/bad this app is. Give us a chance too look at the stupid thing first you genius ! Now the app won't open. Thanks for that

This app is impossible because im being forced to rate it but i dont want to!. I would of given it a 5 because of the cuteness and fun but im taking it down to a number 2.and when i do this it still wont let me do it. Please change it because me and everyone else dislikes it
