Mapzei (Maps on Muzei)

Map is art, so why not have a maps extension for Muzei? Mapzei is for map geeks, showing a random city map everyday as your live wallpaper.

You need Roman Nurik's great Muzei live wallpaper app (http://get.muzei.co) to run Mapzei.

I recommend Snazzy Maps (http://snazzymaps.com) where you can find beautiful map design. Just copy the json style rules and paste it into Settings -> Google Maps -> Custom map style.

To design your custom map tiles, you need to create a project on Mapbox (http://mapbox.com) and paste your project map key in Mapzei settings.

City data dumped from Geonames.org (http://geonames.org) and hosted on AVOS Cloud (https://avoscloud.com).
