It's fairly obvious that this guy is just downloading icons and applying filters to em. ¯_(ツ)_/¯ Edit 1: Is my "opinion" wrong? Look at that Pulse icon. You added a yellow circle on top of the icon I made for my client, and it's fairly obvious - why would you ship an icon so washed out that you can't even see the details?
