About Flags of Oceania L. Wallpaper

NOT A MOVIE! CONTAINS ALL FLAGS FROM THE AUSTRALIA/OCEANIA REGION!

A beautiful 3D live wallpaper background of a flag blowing in the wind! The camera swings based on your home screen position. Rendered with OpenGL, and fully supports both phones and tablets! Works as a Daydream on Android 4.2+ devices!

Contains flags from countries all around the Oceania region, including Australia and its states, New Zealand, and others! Just check the list below! Includes settings for flag styles, backgrounds, custom backgrounds and flags, and more!

While we don't have a free version of this product, you can take a look at this to preview the visuals: https://market.android.com/details?id=fishnoodle.flag_free

TO USE: Home->Press Menu->Wallpapers->LiveWallpapers

While we appreciate everyone's enthusiasm, there's no need for controversy. The Australian flag display protocol (as well as New Zealand and others) states that the union part of the flag should always be displayed in the upper left. We do our best to be respectful, so abide by that rule. Please see the document here: http://www.itsanhonour.gov.au/symbols/docs/australian_flags_excerpt.pdf

Can't Complain But Doesn't WOW Me

I won't fixate on the flag mirror issue as so many others have, but it's an easy fix you should sort ASAP. The wallpaper itself is quite gorgeous.

Nice app but the 'use custom image' option does not work (Samsung Tab s 10.5")

M70%
by M####:

Don't bother. As so many have said before, the flags are backwards, we the Australian flag is. Shame I didn't read more review before wasting money.

Perfect on Acer Iconia A500

Does exactly what it says on the tin. For the record, the flag is NOT BACKWARDS. It is correctly displayed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Anyone who says otherwise should really do their homework better and stop complaining to someone who obviously has. Thumbs up for a very good job.

Love the Flag.

Q70%

Loved the app but like most I couldn't understand why the oz flash was mirrored in portrait, even with constructive comments the Dev claimed nothings wrong. Only if ur not Aussie is it acceptable. Simple fix. Dl a jpg of a oz flag from Google, used a similar gfx app & mirrored, flipped, tested. Used custom & it displays perfect. So simple the dev could do it in a flash,

Flag looks wrong in portrait mode. Fix it mate!"""!"!

W70%

Should of read the other people's reviews before I bought this app. The flag is mirrored. This needs to be fixed so that people can represent where they are from properly and with great pride.

K70%
by K####:

Don't see the need for hating and negative responses the app offers everything in the description if you expect a movie or something you fail to read a simple description.

Z70%

False advertising look at your icon and first picture. What about devices used in landscape mode. Flags displayed incorrectly. Turn your device sideways, it's lower left or upper right if turned the other way. But draped down it is correct

Refunded. Will buy again when Australian flag image is corrected to be the right way around or have an orientation option.

V70%
by V####:

whether the flag is displayed flat against a surface (either horizontally or vertically), on a staff, on a flag rope, or suspended vertically in the middle of a street, the canton should be in the uppermost left quarter as viewed by a person facing the flag even when the flag is displayed vertically, this rule must be followed, although to the casual observer the flag appears to be back to front. The reason for this is that the canton is the position of honour on the flag

B70%

Never knew aussie had separate flags for each state. Brilliant

F70%
by F####:

Not bad, however the custom image function isn't working as yet.

K70%

Its not rocket science!

K70%

Flags are mirror images. But you can use your own images as flags (the only thing that stopped it getting a 1 * rating). Would be good to have the Maori flag (Rangitiratanga) & the flag of the united tribes of NZ.

As the previous user said.. The Australian flag is around the wrong way.. Think you wouldv'e got that right.. SHEESH!

K70%

great except the flag is the wrong way around

FLAGS BACK TO FRONT. fix and will change to 5 star.. Does not correct when phone is tilted either. Looks good apart from that really annoying issue
