You need to update your ROM (such as updating to CM11 M11) and GAPPS/GoogleServices to the latest versions, that will solve the issue.
Inspired by the Nexus 5 Bright Red color, this is a dark theme developed for the completely new Theme Engine from CyanogenMod with Nexus-red accents and themed Google Apps.
You must have CyanogenMod 11 with a nightly May 8 2014 or later installed that includes the new theme engine UI from CyanogenMod.

This theme is not backwards-compatible to earlier versions of CMs theme engine released earlier than May 2014. The new theme engine has a dedicated theme menu including wallpapers, sounds, styles and fonts, so do not purchase if that is not the case on your device.
It is based on the ThyrusHoloKK Dark theme which is available for the old theme engine for CM11, but was completely rewritten to be able to utilize the new features of the updated Theme Engine from CM as well as improving the existing app-themeing.

Just my style this red and dark theme, lots of modification to stock but all looks very slick indeed! Professionally themed no doubt with ground breaking development included with translucent status bar for some apps, the first themer to do so, my new favourite and I have some cracking themes! this will definitely be in my theme engine for a long time, great work. Updates are regular from minor tweaks to complete redesigns of apps. Awesome Dev.

Great work! Best themes on the market. Constantly updated. You have so got to give this theme a try! If the theme does not stick on reboot then uninstall Xposed framework. Or deal with re-applying until a fix is out. Known issue with Xposed.

Nice theme if it all worked. I was going to get a refund on this theme as the icons do not load and you end up with an app drawer full of green android icons and can't tell what's what, but I made a purchase and I stick to them. Besides, it was only a Buck. There are some features of this theme that I can use so all is not lost.

Absolutely love this. Dark, red - What's not to love? Apps that are themed are done so beautifully and I think the spinner is my favourite part. The dialogue boxes are very classy! Hard to choose between this & Carolina Reaper, I'd recommend both!
