This is a variant of the original Stealth Material theme for the texting app called Evolve SMS.

You MUST have EvolveSMS installed to use this theme.
For this to be installed you have to have the EvolveSMS Customization Pack
To apply the theme:
• Open EvolveSMS
• Go to Settings
• Go to "Theme"
• Swipe over to Choose Theme
• Find theme name in the list
