DashClock BetterCalendar for Android
Has stopped working entirely, avoid.
Not bad
Collapsed state option is inversed
Checklist for custom calendar seems not working. EDIT: it turns out I have to checked the show all day event. Thanks
Newest version works beautifully.
I use Nexus 7, stock ROM. The built in extension shows the calendar. This extension does NOT show anything, and yes I made sure all calendar are selected for showing.
P1000 omnirom 4.4.4
You can add up to 4 calendars and it has more info such as time of event.
Would be nice to have an option to hide or make the icon about 2-3x smaller.
This is a great extension to DashClock and better than the default, unfortunately a few bugs make it unusable for me.
Love it, just wish I could retitle it, so instead of 'Upcoming events' or having the next event highlighted I could have custom text or remove that highlighted line altogether.
... despite all the options in the settings, a crucial one is missing. The app insists on opening the stock Google Calendar app, not the third-party calendar (Sunrise) that I have set as my default, and there is no option to choose which calendar app for it to open.
Looks like it's got some nice features, but unfortunately it seems to only work with the built-in Samsung Calendar app on my S4, even though I have Sunrise Calendar set as the default. Therefore, I can't use it since I don't have all my Google calendars configured in the Samsung Calendar app. Would be nice if it could use my default calendar instead of the built-in one.
Even with the settings correct the title doesn't show.
Best calendar extension for dash clock.
But cuts off the 4th calendar event. Please fix
Works great with acalendar+ on Nexus 5.
Doesn't seem to work with Exchange calendars. Works great for Google Calendars though.
Happy to see reasonable permissions. Format change affects lower lines but not main one.
Good app!
A big improvement on the built-in Dashclock calendar. One suggestion - instead of displaying a time of 12:00 AM for all-day event, could you display "All Day"?
Please fix
Great extension for DashClock, way more customizable than the built-in calendar plugin. The latest update fixed all the bugs that affected me, couldn't be much better.
I only wanted to show events my schedule calendar but events from others also showed up. Nice otherwise.
Would like the option to choose what cal app to open , instead of default. other then that, great!
Option to chose custom calendar (other than the stock one) upon tap would be great.
This is definitely a better calendar extension, what would make it the ultimate though would be to allow it to show unlimited events during the time period, 4 is way too few. I like seeing all my events for the next 2 weeks.

Great work! My only feedback is that it would be great if you could increase the number of events/appointments so that >4 can display (I think DashClock supports up to 6).
I use Nexus 7, stock ROM. The built in extension shows the calendar. This extension does NOT show anything, and yes I made sure all calendar are selected for showing.
This DashClock extension shows more upcoming events than the built-in extension, and has more flexibility and options. The effects of the options aren't always obvious, so sometimes a little trial and error is needed to understand how everything will be displayed - it's easy to display nothing! Once you understand the options, though, it's fast to customize. After updating, be sure to reselect Preview Time, plus the All-day Events and custom calendar options if chosen previously, as they seem to reset.
Can only see title of event in collapsed view. When dashclock isn't collapsed first row always shows date and if date is disabled in settings it shows "ON"?? Would like it to look like in the second screenshot.
Collapsed state option is inversed
Time of first event missing when using Max lines. Sometimes all day events displayed while hide option checked.
Always shows all day events regardless of whether the option is checked or not.
Newest version works beautifully.
Design and range of options is good. Only have one niggle in that the first event when highlighted does not show the day or time when using Max lines.

Why not have option to open third party app (calendar) on tapping the DashClock extension? Seems more than me needs this.
