Why does a FREE WALL PAPER needs permission to access IN APPS PURCHASES. WHICH MEANS TO MAKE PURCHASES WITH IN APP? Its apparent to me me that even though it says free app. So I guess YOU SAY its free until we get our billing. TALK ABOUT (HOOK LINE AND SINKER) FORTUNATELY FOR ME, I am NOT that FISH whom does NOT go for everything that shakes its tail and SAYS BITE ME I AM FREE. TRUST ME it says.
