Nice & simple- you have a couple of layers & with a little tinkering with 3 settings on each (how much the wallpaper moves when you tilt your mobile, how big the wallpaper is & how much it moves around as you scroll around the screen) you can get pretty much what you want.

It runs very good, the only problem is it seems to use lots of power in my huawei kitkat tablet according to the inbuilt power management app, it runs perfect and doesn't use lots of power and memory in my asus lollipop phone.

Very similar to iPhone parallax effect, but with even more options exactly what I was looking for. Easy customization, many options, a great app if you like just little touches of interesting customization.
