Circle Clock Widget

Could use more polishing, but has the most options in customizing the circles. Edited for clarification on request of dev: I would like to be able to switch position of arcs (hour on the outside, seconds on the inside), ability to make the leading edges of the arcs rounder. I had a problem where on the next day the clock froze, so I would like an option where you could save settings so I can easily reload it with my preferred options. Options of displaying date and weather would be nice as well. An important change I think would be good as well is setting prearranged size, sometimes when I finalize changes on an empty space, no clock appeared it, or it appeared too small to enlarge. Other than that, I love the ability to change the starting point of the arcs, that is the most unique option and makes it look wonderful.
