I like almost black but colored solid backgrounds. This app does it. My only complaint is that the color picker for custom colors is really tiny on my Galaxy 5S so its difficult to use. It would be better if you could resize it so it would work on any screen, and to zoom into an area of the color picker.

For those of you who can't find it, it's available when you go to change your wallpaper. For some reason mine lists it under "live wallpapers" even though it isn't. From there you can pick a solid color. However, if you use the custom selection, the dialog box is tiny and you can't really customize just sorta pick a color in the area you want.
