Why doesn't it appear when I turn my phone off and then back on again? The only way I can get it to come on is if l go to the settings menu and turn it back on. Doesn't that defeat the purpose? If l turn on the phone and my home screen appears, what exactly is it's purpose? Please explain ASAP. Thanks!

I installed it and had to reset it to get it to work again. I thought I found what was wrong but it doesn't stay as my default. Needs a lot of work...to add to this: I tried this app again and got the same results hoping it would work. I was wrong... and highly disappointed.
