To set Neon Touch as your default live wallpaper, please use the supplied app (Neon Touch) or long-press an empty space on your home screen, then select the 'Wallpaper' menu button, and 'Live Wallpapers'. From there, choose 'Neon Touch' and then click 'Set as wallpaper'. To customize Options, select 'Settings' in the 'Wallpaper menu'
