Just got this as a present and very disappointed to find I cannot get it to stay on a solid dim light. It will only pulse, even if I make a new setting and set the pulse slider all the way to the left. The presets rarely work when I press them. The app is not very responsive and crashes when Google Drive is used for a picture. Please, please address these issues or I may have to consider returning it.

The app is worthless and doesn't connect at all. It's still useful without the app, but this is possible poor. Make it useful.

Bluetooth almost unusable (on multiple devices and brands). No simple slider to dial the device up/down across the room. Gimmicky and impractical because badly thought out.

I've sent an email to their support team but haven't ever received a response. I'm very sad I'm not able to connect my lights. I see both my Kangaroo Lights listed in Settings > Bluetooth but the app itself won't connect. Moto X (2nd Gen) with Lollipop 5.1
