• Nova Launcher: Nova Settings>Look and Feel>Icon Theme>Vice Icons
• Apex Launcher: Apex Settings>Theme Settings>Vice Icons>Apply
• Replacing Icons Individually. For Nova and Apex: Long press icon>Select Edit>Select the current image>Change to one from icon pack.
• Don’t forget to use the included folder background. Look for the pink circle with the blue ring around it.

When I purchased this app I was under the impression that it was going to have more icon choices than it does. I do hope the developer updates it with more icons.

The icons in this theme are great except there's only 84 of them, most of which are very specific apps (Buzzfeed, Pandora) so it's not like there are general ones you can use on your other icons. I would say this pack applied to *maybe* 10% of my apps. If the dev can add in support for automatically converting existing icons (like many packs do) or add a LOT more (even just default icon types or letters) this would be a great icon pack. But as it stands, it's not enough to be useful.
