Very nice n user friendly app... Hope to see more features like image sharing and autosaving for making gifs...

Worked great for a long time, but stopped working when my phone upgraded to Marshmallow (finally). Now my weather map images disappear when auto updated; they only reappear when I force an update in settings. Reinstalling didn't solve the problem. Hope the developer can fix or suggest a solution. It was a great app and maybe the only one of its kind.

One important note: unlike most config screens can't just hit back to save and exit. You need to hit the close button instead.

Would be 5 starts if possible to set up image alignment inside the widget area. Now only centering possible, but I need vertical alignment as well. Another option I really miss is basic image transformations: desaturate, b/w balance, contrast, etc. Please don't stop supporting this great app! I'd love to buy version with above features supported.

G70%
by G####:

I'm disappointed. This app worked well for a long time but hasn't been working for the last couple of weeks. The images won't refresh anymore. I freed up memory, deleted unused apps, etc., but the images only refresh when I restart my phone.

Please can you make more sizes. For example my phone has a width of 5, not 4 so I can't use all the screen.

U70%
by U####:

Doesn't work. No Apo icon, and can't even open from store. On HTC 10

O70%
by O####:

For displaying an image from the internet, updated periodically, this is the best app on the store. No ads, no junk permissions, nothing unnecessary. Love it.

Y70%
by Y####:

Great concept. Like and use the app. Would love (and pay for) a polished interface. Would also love the option to have the widget not respond to touches.

Wish to configure transparent level, and see the last update time at the prompting option menu.

U70%

Really useful. Can't get the "crop" option to work though.

F70%

Please! I would pay a lot for this.

Installed the app on Android 6.0 HTC but can't find interface for using it.

I does just what I need and what it claims, and seems to do it well. A big plus for not requiering more that a minimum of permissions! :-D

Great, widget resize is working now. So is Dilbert (but not with the top hit in the online gallery).

C70%
by C####:

Solid app, does what it's supposed to do. It would be great if the app would support more than one image, and allow us to move the images around the entire screen and then have several other images on the same widget. I would definitely pay for it.

Wishing the 2x1 widget was actually 2x1 and not 2x2 in size... And that the resizable widget could resize down and not just up. But nice!

C70%

Set it up, works as advertised, no problems.

Instead of 0:20 configured, updates each hour. Apart from that, very useful instrument.

Simple and clean! Would be nice to have more sizes possibilities for better using in tablets. Also if possible scheduling updates for specific time moments. I am using forecasts intencively and they usually published at specified hours. Thanks for the app!

Online gallery unresponsive most of the time. Entering an own url may work or not. Refreshing doesn’t as well.

K70%

Drains battery very very much. I've tested it, with normal conditions. The widget function, no doubt. But! A big but. It drains 18% of my battery. Singlehandedly. It is between the first 3 most battery consuming tasks on my S4. 1st. Display, 2nd. Android OS, 3rd. URL image widget :)

Does just what it says, lets you put an image on the home screen and then stays out of your way.

The best widget for showing web images

I used this to put a regional Doppler radar map on the upper right of my home screen. Refreshes at set intervals or tapping the map brings up button to refresh it. Would be nice if it played animated gifs but that's a small quibble. Simple, scalable and does the job perfectly.

C70%
by C####:

So simple and so useful, just what I was looking for. Resize is working so good. Good job!

C70%
by C####:

also, it would be nice if, when ya tap it, ya can open the image in a web browser ... then, if it's an animated .gif, it'll animate ... as it is, now I need to keep a bookmark next to the widget
