INSTALLATION:
1. Download and install the theme
2. Go to Settings, select Themes
3. Find and select Neon Green
4. Check the features you want and click apply
5. A reboot is sometimes necessary inorder to make all the changes

But i would personally preferre to have the notfication bar matte green

The indicator bar on top uses plain white, stock indicators. Giving these a green tint and a custom look to match the neon theme (maybe outlined bars for a neon look) would give this theme a more complete look. Giving a few popular third party apps like ES Explorer and Kik a neon theming would also be nice.

Love the green color used for most of the theme. Really has almost a Fallout pipboyish look to it. I just wish that green was used more throughout. System clock, battery, WiFi etc should all be themed in that green. Also.. Would like if the keyboard text was green as opposed to white.. But this is more user preference. Still love it and hope to see it updated regularly.
