Hey, I see numerous comments here regarding low ratings due to not knowing how to set as wallpaper. It's frustrating, and i thought so too. So here it goes. There is no "button" you click to make it wallpaper. Instead you need to upload the pic to your Google photo account then access it via Google photo and then set it as wallpaper. When you choose a photo you like, click on it. You'll then see a triangular symbol...sync symbol I guess, where it'll give you options to upload it, chose photo.
