This uses your own photos to make live wallpapers, and includes both photo effects as well as live animations and weather effects. You can use photos at your screen resolution, or 1X1s, and they do scroll on HTC and Samsung devices. You have your choice of slide animation direction for folders, 23 effects to modify photos (embossing, outlining, marbling, etc.), and nine animations (flying black birds, butterflies, airships, etc.). Weather can be live or simulated and include sun, rain and snow only. Ty!
