Took my money, but wouldn't install until after the 15 minute refund period expired. Cleared Play Store cache and data. Tried WiFi. No luck. And Play wouldn't let me refund an app I didn't have installed, for some reason. It installed by itself overnight (the only creepy thing about this app). As for the wallpaper itself, it is poorly executed. Colors are washed out, the "tracking" is awful and glitchy, and lacks the creep factor it so desperately purveys in the description. I want my money back. Ripoff.
