Since the update I do not know if it is going to work from one day to the next. Nothing changed but receive error codes. Needs some work on it. the app still does not work correctly I have to e-mail you at least once a week. This is getting beyond a joke thinking of removing it. When I contact help they just email me the same instructions which do not work. Somebody knows how to sort it as after several emails I receive an answer that it seems to be working and low and behold it works again for a week. I have to hold my hand up for the last two weeks it has worked way to go

After updates I always seem to get qualified with warnings. I uninstall and reinstall several times but doest out it right then all of a sudden goes right.. why?

App no longer works with my secondary device since update! Black screen when opening app then immediately force closes.

It's all good easy money for little things and I get to do nothing, coustmer service is very good when I have had an issue no complaints at all

Fab. Literally money for nothing. Connect to your sky box via WiFi and every 4 weeks or so you earn £4!! Great to save for that must have dvd or special present

Have had this app for a few months now, it's great dont have to do a thing. Even automatically registered the tv of the apartment when I was on holiday.

I've been using this app for over a year and it's a very easy way to earn Amazon points. Would highly recommend it

Been with you about 12 months now, and up until I added the new app everything been fine. now I can't get connected half the time so losing points, looking at what everyone is saying I would agree, you should go back to the old app or your going to lose loads of members me included.

Have been very happy with this for months but I now get messages saying I'm not connected and other disputes. I sent an email 3 days ago but have not had any response. I am losing points but all seems to be working as it should! Update 24/11 Deleting! No answer to three emails and no answer on here. It's a shame as it was fine for months but now fed up with trying to make it work over the last few days. Update 18/12. All sorted. No idea what was wrong! But received all the points I had missed out on. Very happy again! Fingers crossed it stays that way.

Big improvement on earlier version which always caused my phone to crash.

Great way to get vouchers by doing nothing just leave it running while you watch TV and it doesn't interfere with your phone brill

The new system works really well. Redeeming points is much easier, done in 3 or 4 clicks. One warning to VPN users - I had an issue with a VPN client running that was only used for a media playing app, not applied to any other apps. ViewersLogic detected a VPN and stopped giving points. Had to uninstall the VPN... But that's the only problem I've had in over 18 months! Highly recommended app!

What isn't to like?? In short you activate the app and make sure you are always connected. The app connects to your set top box and sees which channels and what programmes you watch and you get points. Once you hit 4000 you can redeem your voucher and for every 1000 points it's £1. What's not to like? No scams no catches (no I don't work for them) easy peasy lemon squeezy

A********** Since the update to redeem the gift card is even easier & it was easy anyway & we should get more points quicker so more money just BRILL. MY Favorite App EVER!

I used to like this app until your recent update. It now has issues recognising my sky box is connected and won't allow me to fix this issue. I'm gutted as I've missed out on three weeks of points to qualify for a voucher. This issue needs sorting or better still revert it back to how it use to be set out it was hassle free then.

Edit 25/9/17 :for rating and service.. since recent update all issues resolved! Even though doesn't support my new Samsung tv it still registers Sky so all is well and just been able to redeem my first set of points direct from the app. Literally took a minute. So easy to do and can't believe you basically get something for nothing!

Great way for income from watching TV but the app has a few issues. It complains if you use VPN even if you switch it off when you get home. Also a few issues with app saying I'm not qualified because it says it hasn't connected to the device even though there's nothing to stop it connecting. Interface is confusing when there are any issues e.g. saying I'm not qualified. Apart from this it is seamless and doesn't cause any phone problems.

I have had to delete this app after at least 18 months of being with them. The app was stopping my phone connecting to my home WiFi, I refuse to contact them with my problems as they are rude!
