How to install:
1 - Download and install Go Launcher EX (if you don't have).
2 - Download the theme "Go Launcher EX Paint Theme".
3 - On the desktop, click "Menu" -> Themes.
4 - Search in the list of installed themes, click on it and "Apply"
5 - Automatically change the look of your Go Launcher EX!
Requierements:
- Android 1.6 or higher.

I thought It didn't work at first but U have get the Go Launcher 1st then go to settings and turn it on
