Write WhatsApp by Voice Widget lets you dictate a message to WhatsApp or record a voice message in the simplest possible way. It also lets you write SMS by voice.
After installing, simply select one of the available widgets and add it to your home screen.
You can also configure the speech-to-text language.

When the developer realised he couldn't fix problem he ignored all emails. I advise not to buy because if you have to do a factory reset or buy a new phone you will lose your money. Rip off

So... the speech recognition is good. At least for english, only language I tried. However I was looking for a completely handsfree way of using whatsapp. Which this app does not do. Sure you can dictate the text. However afterwards you have to select the way of sending the text and then the person to send it to. And confirm. Not exactly what I was looking for. Pity.
