Why why why why why are you doing this to your customers, please visit your story album and update it or check setting again coz I can't believe it's the same I had with my S4, all my pictures are gone i can't view them and yet I pay it, please can you update it.

Very bad. My sister have an older version and it works wonderful. This one sucks, unable to connect to fb and after fb error it just seems to be reconnecting and it won't exit the app. I have to "force stop" the app

I had the Story Album on my Samsung 5 and it was Perfect . Now I install it on my Samsung 7 Can't believe I just paid for this one. I tried to transfer all my Albums into this one which of course does not work. Why the hell do you change a good App and call it the same. I want my Money back.

I gave this a bad review after upgrading my phone from an S4 to an S6 and was unable to get it working. I've managed to create an album today and put it on the home screen as a slide show. It was easy to edit, add pictures etc. This app has greatly improved. I'll change this review to five stars in a couple of days providing it continues to work. I've missed the app and my slide show Thank You.

Hot mess. I previously had story album and made at least 10 books easily. I loved it. My books came out great!!! I sent them as gifts for family. Recently upgraded my phone and this new version SUCKS!!!!!! I don't know what you did or why you changed the old version but this is horrible and then u have the nerve to charge for this crap. I am extremely disappointed!!! I can't add pictures, I can't even adjust the initial book cover photo. WTH is that about!!!

I downloaded this app on my Samsung galaxy S3 phone hours ago and it's not working, I payed through my Google account before I could even download it pls someone should tell me what to do i really need this app to work.Thanks

I use this in note 5. Disappointed. Note 3 version better. I am going to uninstall this. Very lousy app..

I want my money back. I created an album and it doesn't allow me to add captions like the older versions. Plus there are no slideshow options. Uninstalling.

The old one worked pretty well in my galaxy s4, changed my phone to the s6 edge and it didn't have the widget that's what I wanted the widget but this one is bad, it doesn't sync with the old one that means you are gonna lose your old albums but the real issue is with the settings option practically there's nothing you can do with it not even get pics displayed on the widget, 6 hours later after I downloaded still the same cover. Pl don't use this app. Developers Improve it or take it out.

Waste of money. The old version was excellent.

I want my $0.99 back. This doesn't even work. I created an album and it doesn't even let me add one picture to it. Also it appears you can't add pictures from your SD card. I try to tap on Facebook to get pictures from there. It won't let me. Don't waste your .99. Use your laptop and use Shutterfly.

I hate this. I had story album and had to get a new phone. This new version is horrible. I can't get the slideshow to work and it's absolutely useless and a waste of money

Can anyone help me? I had story album already installed on the galaxy 4. I exported to my files. OK my new galaxy 6 edge + did not come with story album down loaded it and there's no way to import the other albums I previously made. Can anyone help?

Iv tried everything to send albums from my old ph to my new ph. It will send but its not supported on my new ph so Iv lost all my albums. Iv tried contacting admin but as usual no response. The last time I had it it was free...a total waste of .99c

Don't know what's going on with this app. Samsung need to sort it. It worked perfectly on my S4 but won't work on S6. I sent away for an album to be printed and it's terrible. My head is chopped off in one page. Subjects are in the fold in the middle so can't be seen properly. It costs me £8.70 and is tiny. I took ages to come. It has a return address of Switzerland another address in London and also San Francisco. Seems to have been passed around a bit ! Emails are from a Blurb ??? Ridiculous !!!

I have had this app for a while and liked using it but now that you changed it it will not open. I noticed you don't respond to your reviews and must not attempt to fix anything. I want my money back too!

I couldnt do anything worn this app. Kept crashing. There was whatsoever no option to order a photo album. Waste. .. please read the reviews and don't buy this app. I should have listened to the other users myself.

Had the old version, loved it. Hate this one! Can't get my old albums onto my new phone! This is a waste of money! If the company can't fix this, I will not get ANYTHING from this company! Wasted my money wish I could get it back it don't work on my S5

I previously had this app free on my phone & it was great. So there was no hesitation to buy it for my new phone - it's rubbish! It doesn't do anything that my old app of similar name did

It shows all pics at once and they can't be enlarged. Neither is there a way to write captions.

Unable to inlarge picture , no slide movement...You guys are making Fool. REFUND MY Rs. 55/.

I am not able to see pictures from my old phone on my new phone so the did not transfer and are lost.

I loved the story album I was able to get on the S4 was super excited when I upgraded to the note 4 and was able to get it again.....Due to an unrelated software issues I was locked out of my phone and was forced to reset it. WHEN I reinstalled my apps...I had to download this pos in the place of the app i had loved for some time.... if you wanted to add an option so we could upload our albums to social media great but don't f the whole thing up....SUPER DISAPPOINTED....way to mess up a great app and thanks

Waste of money can not look at your pics on full screen and can not send to anyone if needed I lost all of my late father that were taken before he passed so I am not happy I have lost all my pics through this appalling my memories of my late father and the company has not replied to my emails good service NOT

Loved the app on my s4. My wedding album was great. Upgraded my phone and downloaded the app on my phone and nmy husband's. Waste of money. Doesn't work. Emailed the creator and no answer.

Samsung says this is the same one as Android 4.4 ... on Lollipop 5.0 it does NOT work. Please credit my account I am uninstalling. Samsung stinks. This is total BS. - Dave -

So disappointed , I have the original app on my tab and s4 and absolutely love it . But why have you changed it? this is so basic and boring. With the other one you can do so much more and it flicks like a real album . Please change back . All my friends love the other one and would purchase but not this one .

I paid money for this app? Smh i got it for free on my S4 and all i wanted to do was transfer my previous story albums onto this app! You guys need to look into transferring files. But if there is a way any help is appriciated

I had this on my S4 and loved it. Yesterday I purchased the S5 and cannot get it to work. It looks different and the book is not the same. My options are not showing for any thing. Pls help. Thanks
