Crashes immediately and no support from the dev team. I've sent 3 emails on this one and the taupe for tsf with no response or fix. All other themes from other dev teams work nicely that I've tried.

Galaxy Nexus 4.1.1. After download of theme, was not able to open theme, only wallpaper. Contacted developer and they worked on issue for 2 days and resolved. Seems 4.1.1 has caused some compatibility issues out here. Great job and great support.
