Minimal Clock Widget - Zooper

How i can use this widget ... i go to my widget don have?? Sorry my english so bad :( i hope u help me thanks ;)

Can I use this with the free zooper app? If I can, how to do it?

I can't find the app in my app drawer. I can't even find it in my widget's, I mean where is it? And how to I launch it?. I have Android 5.1 lollipop.
