You must have a Rom that includes the NEW THEME ENGINE UI from CyanogenMod.
This Theme is built with the AIM of providing a Uniform Aesthetic UI across the System.
Theme removes the Ugly Blue and it's replaced with Aesthetic White.
There are many small tweaks across System that improve the overall Experience.

I really enjoy this theme. No hiccups, no stuttering... Nothing. Just fluid and smooth. Very highly recommend. By far the best free theme I've used to date. Even the font is clean and sharp. A lot of focus on details. Big ups to the Dev!

When long pressed on text, there's usually a bar with select all, copy, cut, etc. And those icons can't be seen. Other than that, great theme, use it all the time.
