Now fully compatible with CM11 (4.4-based).
Use ONLY if you are using AOKP, CM10.2 or a similar ROM that is current and has the theme chooser installed/enabled and is based on Android 4.3 or newer.
The suggested ROM should be CM11 based (Android 4.4.x) to ensure this theme will work with all devices.
If you are using ParanoidAndroid, do not use this theme (only the black theme Kit kat theme will work). PA does not include a lot of theme-relevant commits that other ROMs, like CyanogenMod and AOKP have included since months and years. You can thank their "AOSPA" for being that theme-unfriendly.
This theme enhances the already well designed JellyBean interface in anticipation of the upcoming Kitkat Android 4.4 release - and is light themed including a totally inverted dialer and messaging app to holo.light.
If you prefer a black version, feel free to use the black edition of my Kit Kat theme on the market (many apps themed like Play Store, Google Now and many others)
The theme is based on my other popular themes on Google Play, so I would recommend you check these out before you purchase this special edition.
Notes:
- In order to allow no background for statusbar and navbar, please use a custom rom that supports that (such as AOKP), I cannot theme this via theme chooser unfortunately.
- To allow the dialer to have the blue custom action bar for Kit Kat on the bottom, you need a special dialer I created: You can download it here (Google actually cheater the custom action bar, it isn't a proper action bar like in the contacts app). Please make a backup prior to using this dialer as I cannot guarantee it works with all custom ROMs.

I would like it to look how it looks in the screen shots on my apex launcher other than that its perfect so 5 stars anyway I'm surprises this isn't more popular and the phone mod doesn't work with Paranoid Android

When selecting menu items such as in settings the selected pressed color is still holo blue. The radio button for volume slider is still blue. Just for starters.

Actually It Is the best light theme there. But just a quick thing can you make the pop up backgrounds white or whiteish. like the ones that pop up mid-screen when you hold the power button, or the ones that informs about low battery

It changes the basics, but it still has some places when blue bolo clashes with other design schemes which defeats the look of kitkat. The problem areas for me are brightness/sound slider, and the default on of toggles.

Most UI elements are not themed light holo including settings, popup notifications, menus, etc. Mostly just themed dialer and applications, not a true light UI theme. Completely misleading.

You can see by the second image on this page there is no indicator for what page you are on out of dialer, history or favourites but the people app has an indicator fix this for 5 stars :)

You updating app icons but not making them the same as kit Kat. Which I thought that was the point of this theme. The people icon should be the same as it was in 4.3, not this round one your putting in. And still no icon change for camera. Plus the browser icon is still not xxhdpi so it's quite blurry

The holo line still represents in the setting app and battery icon in the status bar need to be changed to kitkat one, and replace the dotted circle in the lock screen in navbar with arrow Hope will u address this in the next update :)
