With Dashdow What App you get an application that shows you unread What App messages in a small ball on the screen. Also on the lockscreen you can now directly see who has written to you and especially what.
Functions:
- Shows messages from contacts in balls
- Click on ball opens a dialog with message content
- Click on dialog opens the What App conversation
- Dialog opens automatically on new messages
- Remove balls with the trash
- Lockscreen visible

Information:
For devices with Android 4.3 or higher we use the notification access service which you have to activate.

Is missing the time when the message is received, clear notification from the status bar, blacklist apps and only has 2 options colors black or white of the text.

The idea is great, unfortunately this needs more functionality, like a quickreply feature (much like the actual facebook messenger).. Rated 3 stars: Great app, but lacks the desired functionality. That being said; it IS the best of its kind!

I really love this app! It's like facebook messenger chat heads. . It's really handy for seeing a conversation without having to go online...

The app is a great idea, but I don't understand why there's no stack option for multiple conversations...it only shows a summary of all conversations and a random icon from one of them. Make it a bubble per conversation and it would be perfect!

It's a great app.. however I'd like it better if we can reply to the messages without opening WhatsApp. Imagine playing Clash of Clans and replying WhatsApp messages at the same time, without actually having to switch to WhatsApp. That'd be awesome.

...there's one really annoying bug that makes it unusable for me. Whenever I enable the dashdow service in accessibility settings, a part (not all, that's weird) of TalkBack will be enabled too, with no possibility of turning it off w/o turning Dashdow off. If that bug isn't fixed it's just not usable for me. Thanks for reading and this great app. :) (Samsung Galaxy S3 mini)
