Ignore that and apply it anyway and REBOOT.
CM9 CM10 CM10.2 CM11 & AOKP THEME
ROOT and a custom ROM like CyanogenMOD needed.
For HDPI,XHDPI and XXHDPI phones only.
This a minimalistic matte ICS Jelly Bean Kitkat Holo Blue colored theme.
This theme has xxhdpi(1080p) assets and will look sharp on newer 1080p resolution phones such as Galaxy S4, HTC One, LG G2 and Nexus 5 etc.
The battery icon cannot be themed in Kitkat 4.4.
Use XPosedMOD along with GravityBOX to disable the icon altogether.

I love Android 4.4 Kit Kat, but the white icons and white interface changes bothered me. I noticed pieces of blue left around and just wanted it to all be Tron-blue against black again. This theme perfectly sets everything to blue again, even the battery indicator! Would be nice if it could invert Google Apps, but I realize that's an entirely separate thing. Also, why are there no thumbnails for the Swype keyboard themes? Otherwise, I'm very happy with this theme and feel good supporting a developer who works to make so many themes for Android. FYI: I'm using this with ADW EX

I generally like the theme as a whole, reminiscent of its. Would like to see dark themes applied to Gmail and Google play market. Until that's updated I wont be using this.

I appreciate a simple theme that covers all the UI elements. With some commits a night or two ago the theme engine now makes it possible for every dialogue, text, etc... to be themed. I have a stable of Sekhon originals now.

Many elements not themed correctly (not just the items that currently "can't" be themed). I don't think as a developer you should be charging any price no matter how cheap while all themes are still in a forced beta state. App would not give option to refund. Have emailed the developer.
