Trigger Types
Free Trigger types:
• Headphones: When headphones are plugged in
• Wi-Fi: When connected to a specific Wi-Fi network
• Always active: Scenario is always active
Premium Trigger types:
• Bluetooth: When connected to a specific Bluetooth device
• Charging: When the device is charging
• GEO Location: When in a certain location
• Calling: When calling
• Time: On specific time / day
• Tasker: When receiving a Tasker System Intent
• Notification: When a notification of a specific app is shown
Permissions
Sloth Launcher needs the following permissions to operate correctly
View Wi-Fi connections
Used by our Wi-Fi Trigger to detect Wi-Fi connection changes
view network connections
Required for Google Maps in the GEO Location Trigger to determine whether data can be downloaded
precise location (GPS and network-based)
Required for our GEO Location Trigger
acccess Bluetooth settings
Used by our Bluetooth trigger to detect when a Bluetooth device has been connected or disconnected
pair with Bluetooth devices
Required to read the list of paired Bluetooth devices during the configuration of the Bluetooth Trigger
connect and disconnect from Wi-Fi
Allows us to turn on your Wi-Fi to get the list of known Wi-Fi networks during the configuration of the Wi-Fi Trigger

Required for Google Maps to download map tiles from Google Maps servers

Excellent app that, combined with Nova Launcher, has allowed me to hide pretty much all my apps and just bring them up when most necessary. Only feature-add wishes are multiple triggers for a bar (i.e., when I connect my bluetooth headphones OR wired headphones), and set notification priority order for bars, so I can keep my Always Active bar at the top.

When I go to add apps to a scenario, after I've scrolled about halfway down the app list, Sloth Launcher crashes. So I'm unable to add the apps I need to the scenario.

If on Google Pixel, you must disable Google Calendar. It's caused by the dynamically changing date on the icon.

Does exactly what it's designed to do. Simple setup and easy to use. Works 100% perfectly for me. I wish there was a way to export my trigger actions, however, in the event that I switch to a new phone.

This is an excellent idea for a launcher. Contextual in nature and with Tasker integration you can create many different scenarios. I only use the widget, which could do with some customisation. It should be possible to make the brown bar transparent. It should be possible to hide the icon descriptions. Right now needs more frequent updates.

I had tried all kinds of launchers and they all seemed to have spam and drain the battery quickly. Sloth launcher is just what I wanted, no more, no less.

While I really like the idea of this launcher I found that the time based aspect of the launcher didn't work. I wanted it to make my mornings easier. The only time it will show the side yam in the morning is after I have opened the main launcher.

Time trigger doesn't work. Starts up fine but won't shut off. As of 3/5/16, the app crashes when I try to add apps to a scenario. I tried all of the usual fixes, nothing worked. Please fix. Uninstalling app until then.

I have been looking for an app like this for some time. Very useful and intuitive. However, the side bar keeps getting stuck in the open position leaving me with no other choice but to force close. If it was only once in a while, I could over look it but this but it happens several times a day since the install four days ago.

This is a great addition to any launcher, and adds useful features based on where you are or what time of day! I wish you could change the backgrounding color of the quick toggles in sidebar mode though!

It seems that the Bluetooth trigger doesn't work. It won't show my paired devices. So this limits the functionality seriously for me. Any advice? Also, if you can make a widget out of this it'll be 5 stars, definitely.

Bought premium for Bluetooth device trigger but the app does not see any device, even when it is connected to the phone. And because you cannot refund in-app purchases I feel like an idiot for believing the app could what it said. Broken piece of crap.
