SWACHH BHARAT and DIGITAL INDIA are an ambitious programmes of the nation. As a part of these two programmes, Collectorate, Junagadh and NIC has prepared Android based mobile application namely “SHUCHITA JUNAGADH” (Clean Junagadh). This application helps citizen to submit complain related to cleanliness issues. Citizens can upload the photographs of location where garbages are lying in their nearby area. On submission of online complain through mobile, respective implementing agency will get SMS alert through which cleanliness can be done rapidly. On completion of work, implementing authority will upload the photographs of garbages removed and applicant also informed through SMS simultaneously. Periodical SMS will also be sent to all the authorities like Corporation, Municipalities, Gram Panchayats and respective Government departments too for disposal of all pending complaints in time.
